Lot LOT-0001: Aufstockung eines Bestandsgebäudes in Holzbauweise und Verlegung des Fluchtwegs
Die Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn AG betreibt schienengebundenen Personennahverkehr im Berliner Umland. Sie wird vorliegend als Fördermittelempfängerin und Auftraggeber tätig. Sie ist aufgrund des Fördermittelbescheids an das Vergaberecht gebunden. Die Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn AG beabsichtigt am Standort Wandlitz OT Basdorf den eingeschossigen Bestandsanbau um ein weiteres Geschoss zu ergänzen. Die Aufstockung erfolgt in Holzbauweise mit Holzverschalung und Flachdach. Weiterhin wird ein vorhandener Rettungsweg zurückgebaut und ein neuer Fluchtweg durch Herstellung eines Ausgangs in der Außenwand geschaffen.
