Lot LOT-0001: Instandsetzung der technischen Anlagen und Räumlichkeiten im Rathauskeller und Außenbereich Rathaus, Los 5 Planung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Rathauskeller
Planungsleistungen gemäß §§ 56 ff. HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5 und 8. Zunächst werden die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 beauftragt; die Leistungsphasen 4 bis 8 werden optional und stufenweise abgerufen. Zu bearbeiten sind insbesondere Bestandsanalyse, temporäre Übergangsklimatisierung, dauerhaftes Klimatisierungs- und Regelungskonzept, Rückbau und Ersatz der Bestandsanlagen sowie die Abstimmung mit Objektplanung, Bauphysik und Denkmalschutz. Als besondere Leistung ist eine Bestandsaufnahme der Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 4 und 5 einschließlich zeichnerischer Darstellung der wesentlichen Installationen vorgesehen.
