  1. Lot LOT-0000: Wettbewerbsführendes Büro für den 1. Realisierungswettbewerb BUGA 2035 in der Stadt Dessau-Roßlau

    Leistungsgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Einrichtung und Steuerung eines "Werkraums BUGA 2035 - 1. Realisierungswettbewerb", in dem die Wettbewerbsaufgabe unter Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung entsteht und der 1. Realisierungswettbewerb in allen dafür notwendigen Teilen und Verfahrensschritten konzipiert, organisiert, durchgeführt und moderiert wird. Hierzu sind vom Auftragnehmer im Wesentlichen folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: a) Begleitung des partizipativen Prozesses zur Definition der Zielstellungen und Inhalte der BUGA 2035 mit unterschiedlichen Akteuren b) Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse, städtebauliche Bewertung und Erarbeitung der Wettbewerbsaufgabe in Abstimmung mit der Stadtverwaltung c) Erstellung des Auslobungstextes, Vorbereitung und Begleitung eines EU-weiten offenen, zweistufigen RPW-Verfahrens (1. Realisierungswettbewerb BUGA 2035) Für die Erbringung der Leistungen ist der Zeitraum Juni 2027 - Dezember 2028 vorgesehen. Eine ausführliche Beschreibung des Leistungsumfangs ist der Anlage "Leistungsbeschreibung" zu entnehmen.
