  1. Lot LOT-0000: Neubau Rathausergänzungsgebäude und Umbau Bestandsgebäude; Gewerk: Metallbauarbeiten

    Errichtung eines Rathausergänzungsgebäudes für die Stadtverwaltung Pfullingen, am Rande der historischen Altstadt. Das Ergänzungsgebäude schließt künftig unmittelbar an das bestehende, historische Rathaus an. Das Rathaus ist Kulturdenkmal. Für die Erschließung des neuen Anbaus sind auch Eingriffe in die Bausubstanz des Altbaus von 1685 und in den Anbau von 1905 notwendig. Es finden umfangreiche Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Bestand statt. Dabei werden alle Bauteile instandgesetzt sowie die haustechnische Ausstattung erneuert. Arbeiten im Bestand bei laufendem Betrieb. Für das Gewerk Metallbau- und Verglasungsarbeiten sind folgende Abeiten notwendig: Metallbau- und Verglasungsarbeiten: - Aluminium Tür- und Festelemente, teilweise mit Schallschutzanforderung: 8 Stück, ca. 36 qm - Aluminium Tür- und Festelemente, T30 / F30: 6 Stück, ca. 33 qm - Aluminium Tür- und Festelemente, T60 / F60: 7 Stück, ca. 30 qm - Automatische Schiebetüranlagen Alu-Glas, teilweise mit Fluchtfunktion: 3 Stück, ca. 33 qm - Rauch- und Feuerschutzvorhang: 1 Stück, ca. 4,5 qm
