Die Landeshauptstadt Dresden plant die Unterbringung der Universitätsgemeinschaftsschule Dresden am Standort Höckendorfer Weg 2 in Dresden-Kleinpestitz. Geplant sind die Erweiterung und Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes sowie die Erneuerung der Freianlagen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Rohbauarbeiten im Bestand und zur Errichtung der Neubauten. - Sanierung/ Umbau eines 4-geschossigen Typenschulgebäudes Typ Dresden R81, ca. 4.500 m² BGF mit u.a.: - ca. 2.900 m² Rückbau von Bodenplatten und Decken, - ca. 1.400 m² Rückbau von Wänden, - ca. 150 m³ Ortbeton-Fundamentunterfangungen C25/30, - ca. 80 m³ Ortbeton-Bodenplatten C25/30, - ca. 300 m² Ortbeton- Außen- und Innenwände sowie wandartige Träger C30/37, - ca. 1.100 m² KS-Mauerwerk Wände, - ca. 1.100 m² Spannbetondecken Fertigteile, - ca. 85 t Bewehrungsstahl, - ca. 140 t Stahlkonstruktionen Stützen, Träger und Rahmen, diverse Profile - ca. 490 m² Außenwandabdichtung PMBC, - ca. 650 m² Perimeterdämmung Bodenplatte, - ca. 190 m Grundleitungen PP MD, - Neubau von 3 viergeschossigen Schulgebäuden, als Anbauten an das Bestandsgebäude mit diesem verbunden, ca. 9.150 m² BGF, versetzt auszuführen mit u.a.: - ca. 2.250 m² Baugruben- und Arbeitsraumverfüllung, - ca. 1.030 m² Ortbeton-Fundamente C30/37, - ca. 720 m² Ortbeton-Bodenplatten C30/37 WU, - ca. 1.765 m² Ortbeton- Außen- und Innenwände sowie wandartige Träger C30/37, z.T. mit Sichtbeton SB3, - ca. 7.400 m² Element-Deckenplatten mit Aufbeton C30/37, - 13 St. Fertigteil-Treppenläufe, - ca. 800 t Bewehrungsstahl, - ca. 2.900 m² Perimeterdämmung, - ca. 420 m Grundleitungen PP MD, - 6 St. Regen- und Schmutzwasserschächte, - ca. 1.500 m Ring- und Fundamenterder, - ca. 2.100 St. Membrandosen für Betoninstallationen, - ca. 9.000 m Leerrohre für Betoninstallationen +++ Folgende Unterlagen sind mit dem Angebot der Vergabestelle vorzulegen: - Eigenerklärung zum Qualifikationsnachweis DIN 18533 (Abdichtungsschein erdberührte Bauteile mit flüssig zu verarbeitenden Abdichtungsstoffen PMBC/MDS/FDP) - Eigenerklärung zum Schweißbefähigungsnachweis EXC2 nach DIN 1090-2 - Urkalkulation Inhalt der Urkalkulation: Diese ist mindestens gemäß dem Inhalt nach Formblatt 223 - Aufgliederung der Einheitspreise von ALLEN Positionen zu erstellen, d. h.: LV-Position; Kurzbezeichnung; Menge; Mengeneinheit; Zeitansatz; Teilkosten einschl.
