  1. Lot LOT-0000: Herstellung und Lieferung von 18 Laborcontainer Betriebsstoffuntersuchung sowie 3 Sätze Analysegeräte, Laborausstattung und Zusatzausstattung

    Der Vertrag soll eine Laufzeit von 4 Jahren haben. Er umfasst folgende Leistungen: - Lieferung von insgesamt bis zu 11 Laborcontainern: Bestellleistung: 11 Laborcontainern Keine Festbeauftragung Alle Laborcontainer werden jeweils inklusive Ausstattung geliefert. - Lieferung von Materialgrundlagen (jeweils Bestellleistung; keine Festbeauftragung): - Technische Dokumentation/Handbücher - Materialinformationen - Weiter Materialgrundlagen Lieferung von 3 Sätzen Analysegeräte, Laborausstattung und Zusatzausstattung (Bestellleistung; keine Festbeauftragung). Ich bitte um Beachtung, dass der zu schließende Vertrag aufgrund der aktuellen Haushaltslage keinen Festabruf enthält, sondern nur Bestellleistungen. Der öffentliche Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, diese Bestellleistungen zeitnah nach Vertragsschluß abzurufen, kann den Abruf zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt aber nicht zusichern.
