From the notice

Das geplante Gebäude besteht aus Hallen für die Klärschlamm-Upcycling-Anlage und einem Verwaltungsgebäude. Die Halle ist ein L-förmiger Baukörper mit einer Gesamtlänge ca. 60 m und einer Breite von ca, 40 m. Die Halle ist Erdgeschossig. Der nördliche Hallenteil, in dem die Anlieferung untergebracht ist, ist teilweise unterkellert. Die Halle wird in Stahlbeton-Skelettbauweise mit Dachtragwerk aus Holzbindern mit Sandwichpaneel ausgeführt. Die gesamte Bruttogrundfläche der Halle beträgt 1.642 m². Im Südwesten der Halle befindet sich das Verwaltungsgebäude, das durch eine Brandwand abgetrennt erstellt wird. Das Verwaltungsgebäude besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss und einem Obergeschoss. Es hat eine Länge von ca. 15 m und eine Breite von ca. 9,9 m. Das gesamte Gebäude wird in massiver Bauart aus Stahlbeton errichtet. Das Dach wird als Flachdach mit Attika und Bitumenabdichtung erstellt. Das Verwaltungsgebäude besteht aus einer Nutzungseinheit. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Verwaltungsgebäudes beträgt ca. 151 m², Höhe 7,00m. Das Leistungsverzeichnis sowie der Ausführungsterminplan werden ergänzend in Bezug genommen.
