  1. Lot LOT-0001: Los 08 - Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallation

    Das Los 08 umfasst sämtliche Heizungs- und Sanitärarbeiten im Erweiterungsneubau. Die Leistungen sind gemäß Ausführungsplanung, DIN-Normen sowie geltenden technischen Regeln und den Vorgaben der TGA-Planung umzusetzen. Die Ausführung erfolgt in mehreren zeitlich versetzten Bauabschnitten. Leistungsbeschreibung Sanitärinstallation: • Herstellung der Trinkwasserinstallation, in den Geschossen ausschließlich nur eine Kaltwasserverrohrung und im Bereich der Küche und B.WC wird eine dezentrale elektrische Warmwasserbereitung vorgesehen. Das Leitungsnetz hat eine Länge von ca. 260 m; • Verlegung von Abwasserleitungen, die Installation erfolgt in Vorwandbauweise; • Anschluss und Montage von Sanitärobjekten (38 Waschbecken, 22 WC, 2 Ausgussbecken); • Druckprüfung, Trinkwasserbeprobung und Inbetriebnahme der Sanitäranlagen; Leistungsbeschreibung Heizungsinstallation: • Bivalente Wärmeerzeugungsanlage Luft/Wasserwärmepumpe, Spitzenlast erfolgt über die Bestands Gaskesselanlage; • Verlegung von Heizungsleitungen (Vor- und Rücklauf) in Steigzonen und Etagen. Teilweise in Sockelleiste oder im Fußbodenaufbau. Das Leitungsnetz hat eine Länge von ca. 900 m; • Installation von 92 Heizkörpern inkl. Thermostatventilen; • Montage von Verteilerstationen, 3 Abgänge (stat. Heizkreis, dynamischer Heizkreis und stat. Heizkreis 2. BA) und Anschluss an den Wärmeerzeuger; • hydraulischer Abgleich der Heizungsanlage; • Durchführung von Druckproben und Funktionskontrollen; Das Los umfasst die Leistungsbeschreibung und die digitalen Planunterlagen der Ausführungsplanung. Der Ausführungszeitraum: 1. Bauabschnitt 10/2026 – 04/2027 2. Bauabschnitt 02/2028 – 06/2028
