Die Ausschreibung für das Schadstoffgutachten erfolgt im Rahmen einer Frühphasenuntersuchung (Phase 0). Im Vorfeld der Sanierungs-, bzw. Rückbauarbeiten wird ein Sachverständiger für die Analyse und Bewertung schadstoffbelasteter Gebäudeteile benötigt. Eine systematische Erfassung, Analyse und Bewertung der verbauten Schadstoffe soll folgende Ziele erreichen: - Ermittlung der Quellen der Schadstoffbelastung - Erfassung der Art u. Zusammensetzung der Schadstoffe (Schadstoffidentifikation) - Messung der Konzentrationen in Proben u. Abgleich mit gesetzlichen Grenzwerten - Prüfung der potenziellen Gefahren für Mensch und Umwelt - Bewertung der Notwendigkeit von Sanierungsmaßnahmen - Nachweis der Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Gesundheitsvorschriften (z. B. für Baugenehmigungen, Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungen)
