From the notice

Die Gemeinde Holdorf beabsichtigt die abschnittsweise Sanierung des bestehenden Sportzentrums an der Großen Eschstraße 4 in Holdorf. Gegenstand der Maßnahme sind insbesondere die energetische Sanierung des Flachdaches, die Neuordnung und Sanierung der Sanitär- und Umkleidebereiche des Hallenschwimmbades und der Sporthalle sowie die Neuordnung und Sanierung der Personal- und DLRG-Bereiche. Sämtliche Maßnahmen werden im Bestand durchgeführt. Eine Erweiterung des Gebäudes oder die Schaffung zusätzlicher Gebäudeflächen ist nicht vorgesehen. Die vorhandenen Flächen sollen vielmehr durch eine funktionale Neuordnung an die heutigen betrieblichen, technischen und insbesondere barrierefreien Anforderungen angepasst werden. Ziel ist eine funktional optimierte Anordnung mit möglichst kurzen und barrierefreien Wegebeziehungen. Auch die Zuordnung der Lager-, Personal- und DLRG-Bereiche ist im weiteren Planungsprozess mit dem Auftraggeber abzustimmen und zu optimieren. Von wesentlichen Änderungen des Gesamtflächenumfangs ist nicht auszugehen. Die Baukosten (KG 300+400) werden gemäß einer ersten Kostenannahme auf ca. 2,18 Mio. Euro netto geschätzt, davon entfallen ca. 600.000 Euro auf die Kostengruppe 400.
