    Bestandteil ist die Planung ab der Leistungsphase 5 und der schlüsselfertige Neubau des Wertstoffhofes, auf Basis einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB). Der Neubau des Wertstoffhofes ist auf einem 8.413 m² großen Grundstück vollständig, schlüsselfertig funktionstüchtig, betriebs- und gebrauchsfertig inkl. der Herstellung der Außenanlagen zu realisieren. Dies sind: 1 Verwaltungsgebäude mit Büro- und Sozialeinrichtungen, 2 Remisen, 1 Annahmegebäude, 1 Containerstellfläche,1 Waschplatz, 1 Regenwasserzisterne, 1 Regenwasserrückhaltung als Stauraumkanal, Geländeauffüllung/-modellierung, Versiegelung und Befestigung von Betriebsflächen inkl. Stellplätzen und Entwässerung
