Der Stadtrat der Stadt Donauwörth hat 2020 mit der Aufstellung des Bebauungsplanes "Alfred-Delp-Quartier, 1. BA" die Entwicklung eines innovativen, nachhaltigen Wohnstandortes am Schellenberg, östlich der Altstadt eingeleitet. Dem ehemaligen Gelände der 'Alfred-Delp-Kaserne', deren militärische Nutzung 2013 endete, kommt eine hohe Bedeutung für die weitere strukturelle und städtebauliche Entwicklung Donauwörths zu. Das neue Wohnquartier soll als Verbindungsstück und Gelenk zwischen dem Stadtteil Parkstadt und der Donauwörther Innenstadt fungieren. Die besondere landschaftliche Lage auf der Hangkuppe und die Terrassierungen mit den umfangreichen Gehölzbeständen sind das Alleinstellungsmerkmal des 'Alfred-Delp-Quartieres', das als 'grünes Quartier' mit einem ganz eigenen Charakter entwickelt werden soll.. Die zu gestaltenden Grün- und Parkflächen erfüllen wichtige Funktionen für das Starkregenmanagement im Quartier und die Freizeit- und Erholungsnutzung. In einem ersten Bauabschnitt werden u.a. folgende Bereiche gestaltet: - der südliche Landschaftspark mit den großflächigen Retentionsmulden des Starkregenmanagements und vielfältigen Aktions- und Spielangeboten - die 'Bastion' als Landmarke und Aussichtspunkt im Norden Diese Teilbereiche werden Teil der Landesgartenschau Donauwörth 2028. Eine Fertigstellung bis Ende 2027 ist deshalb zwingend erforderlich. Sowohl in der Bastion als auch im Park-Süd werden Stahlstützwände unterschiedlicher Höhe zur Geländeprofilierung eingebaut. Sie dienen z.T. als Sitzstufen, aber auch als Hochbeeteinfassungen und Unterbau von Holzdecks.

Aussteifungselemente und Fußplatten, - inkl. erforderlicher Bohrungen - Höhe Stützwände 650 mm - 250 mm, - in verschieden Längen - Gewicht ges. ca. 12,25 t - Herstellung von Belagseinfassungen um Sitzauflagen, inkl.
