Lot LOT-0000: Objektplanung (Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume) nach § 34 HOAI
Ziel des Projekts ist eine fachgerechte, substanzschonende und denkmalgerechte Dach- und Fassadensanierung, die sowohl die historische Erscheinung bewahrt als auch die technische Funktionalität und Dauerhaftigkeit sicherstellt. Die bauliche Fertigstellung soll bis Ende 2027 erfolgten unter Einhaltung des vorgegebenen Kostenrahmens. Die baulichen Maßnahmen werden vsl. bei laufendem Betrieb des EMMA-Kreativzentrums erfolgen.
