Der Umfang der Arbeiten im Bestand bezieht sich insbesondere auf Durchbruchsarbeiten, Herstellung von Sanierungsmauerwerk sowie das Einbringen von Abfangträgern. Die anzubietenden Leistungen für den Erweiterungsbau umfassen sämtliche Gründungsmaßnahmen, wie das Tieferführen der Fundamente auf tragfähigen Grund, Fundamentarbeiten, Herstellung der Bodenplatte, EG-Mauerwerk und Stahlbetonstützen, EG-Decke, OG-Mauerwerk und Stahlbetonstützen sowie Unter- und Überzüge, OG-Decke einschl. Attikarähme, Dämmung der Luftschicht mittels Mineralwolldämmung sowie Herstellung der Verblenderfassade einschließlich Abfangungen im Sturzbereich und Verfugung. Darüber hinaus ist das Gebäude für die eigenen sowie Nachfolgegewerke komplett mit einem Schutzgerüst einzurüsten.
