Erhöhung des Elbdeiches auf einer Länge von 500 m. Baustelleneinrichtung mit Herstellung temporärer Deichüberfahrt, Ausweichen, Treibselräumweg und Wendeplatz. Bodentransport- und einbau für den Deichbau Wegebau des Treibselräumweges, Deichüberfahrt und Deichkronenweg Bei Arbeiten an der nahe gelegenen Kreisstraße 39 sind Verkehrssicherung und -regelung vorzunehmen. Herstellung des Außenlaufbereichs für das neugebaute Siel Hinterbrack, Durchführung der Deckwerks- und Erdarbeiten im Tidebereich. Abbrucharbeiten und Rückbau des bestehenden Auslaufbereiches des Sieles im Deckwerksbereich oberhalb der Geländeoberkante.
