  1. Lot LOT-0000: Erweiterungsneubau Johann-Michael-Zeyher Grundschule, Schwetzingen

    Die Stadt Schwetzingen beabsichtigt am bereits bestehenden Schulstandort der Johann-Michael-Zeyher Grundschule mit einem Neubau in Holzmodulbauweise den Schulstandort in der Schubertstr. 4 zu erweitern. Dazu soll unter Inanspruchnahme von Fördermitteln die Johann-Michael-Zeyher-Grundschule durch einen Erweiterungsneubau zur Ganztagsschule ausgebaut werden. Der Erweiterungsbau hat keine direkte Anbindung zum Bestandsgebäude der Grundschule, soll aber neben weiteren Schulräumen die Ganztagesbetreuung incl. Mensa abbilden. Der Neubau ist so zu platzieren von der Höhenlage, dass er barrierefrei und rollstuhlgerecht von der Bestandsschule und der Erschließungsstraße (Stichstraße) betreten werden kann. Das benachbarte Bahngrundstück ist unmittelbar anschließend. Derzeit ist die Grundschule 2-zügig mit ca. 175 Schülern. Nach dem Ausbau zur Ganztagesschule soll auch weiterhin eine Zweizügigkeit bestehen bleiben mit maximal 28 Schülern je Klasse. Zusätzlich sind an der Zeyher-Grundschule auch zwei Vorbereitungsklassen (maximal 24 Schüler je Klasse) sowie perspektivisch eine Juniorklasse (maximal 20 Schüler) angesiedelt, so dass bei einer maximalen Vollauslastung 292 Schüler beschult, werden können. Der Baukörper soll in einer dreigeschossigen 3D-Holzmodulbauweise errichtet werden. Vertragsgegenstand ist die Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs-, Ausführungs- und Detail-/Werkstattplanung nebst Herstellung und schlüsselfertige Errichtung des Schulgebäudes sowie die Herstellung der wege- und leitungsmäßigen Erschließung inklusive der Anschlussstellen rund um das Gebäude an die vorhandenen Rahmenbedingungen und den Bestandsschulhof, der unverändert bleibt.
