Projektsteuerungsleistungen für die Gesamtmaßnahme „Neubau Laborgebäude und Energiezentrale LGL Oberschleißheim“ mit Basis BIM einschließlich Inbetriebnahme-BIM-Leistungen über alle Projektstufen. Die Gesamtmaßnahme umfasst den Neubau eines Laborgebäudes, einer Energiezentrale, die Errichtung eines Parkdecks sowie die Erweiterung der Medien- und Versorgungsinfrastruktur. Die Maßnahme ist unter Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Betriebs des LGL-Campus umzusetzen. Die Gesamtmaßnahme umfasst Kosten der KG 200–700 von ca. 223 Mio. € brutto.
