Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die erweiterten Rohbauarbeiten, inkl. Abbruch eines Gebäudeteils sowie des gesamten Dachstuhls des Schulgebäudes. Die Neubauarbeiten umfassen den Bau eines mehrgeschossigen Gebäudeteils in Massivbauweise mit Mauerwerkswänden und einem Betontreppen- und Aufzugkern sowie den Neuaufbau des Dachstuhls als Stahl- und Holztragwerk. Zusätzlich sind Abbruch- und Rohbauarbeiten im Gebäudeinnern vorzusehen. - Abbruch Dachdeckung/Dachlattung – 4300 m² - Demontage Dachstuhl – ca. 150 m³ - Komplett Abbruch Gebäudeteil (UG-2.OG) – 920 m³ - Abbruch Deckenfelder, ges. – ca. 480 m² - Schadstoffsanierung Dach HSM und Taubenkot – 2.500m² - Streifen- und Einzelfundamente, ges. – ca. 42 m³ - Ringbalken, gerade und schräg, ges. – ca. 400 m - Ziegeleinhangdecken, ges. – 2.045 m² - Kalksandsteinwände, B=17,5 bis 49 cm, ges. – 1.945 m² - Stahlbauteile, S235 u.
