    Die Gemeinde Kropp beabsichtigt, die Geestlandschule um einen zweigeschossigen Neubau für den Offenen Ganztag (OGS) zu erweitern. Die Vergabeunterlagen umfassen die Mauer- und Betonarbeiten des Rohbaus. Dazu gehören die Baustelleneinrichtung mit Turmdrehkran, eine Flachgründung in verlorener Schalung mit Gründungsarbeiten am unterkellerten Bestand nach DIN 4123, eine WU-Bodenplatte mit Perimeterdämmung sowie Stahlbetonwände, -stützen, -unterzüge und -decken in Ortbeton, teilweise in Sichtbeton SB3, einschließlich eines wandartigen Trägers. Ferner gehören dazu Treppenläufe und Podest als Sichtbeton-Fertigteile, tragendes und nichttragendes KS-Mauerwerk mit Gebäudeabschlusswänden zum Bestand, Bauwerksabdichtung, Kerndämmung sowie Klinker-Verblendmauerwerk mit Edelstahlabfangungen und Fertigteilstürzen. Die Ausführung erfolgt bei laufendem Schulbetrieb zwischen Bestandsschule und Turnhalle.
