Die RSAG Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts (RSAG) betreibt auf ihren Entsorgungsanlagen stationäre Schadstoffsammelstellen. Die gesammelten Schadstoffe sind ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen. Die zu vergebenden Leistungen wurden in einem Los ausgeschrieben. Diese beginnen am 1. Januar 2027 und bestehen insbesondere aus den folgenden Einzelleistungen: - Regelmäßige Übernahme der durch die RSAG erfassten schadstoffhaltigen Abfälle am Wertstoffhof in Troisdorf und der Entsorgungsanlage in Swisttal-Miel - ggf. Zwischenlagerung der gesammelten schadstoffhaltigen Abfälle - ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung (Verwertung, Beseitigung) der gesammelten schadstoffhaltigen Abfälle. Der Auftragnehmer hat auch die damit im Zusammenhang stehenden, in der Leistungsbeschreibung benannten Vorbereitungshandlungen und Nebenleistungen zu erbringen. Der ausgeschriebene Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von zwei Jahren und einer Verlängerungsmöglichkeit von einem Jahr (maximal bis 31. Dezember 2029).
