  1. Lot LOT-0000: Fachplanung Brandschutz - Schloss Neuenburg

    Mit dem Ziel einer Aufwertung und funktionellen Verbesserung der touristischen Abläufe plant die Kulturstiftung eine umfangreiche Baumaßnahme auf der Neuenburg. Dabei ist vorgesehen einen Neubau eines Besucherinformationszentrums im Bereich der Vorburg zu errichten. Zusätzlich dazu soll durch den Neubau eines Verwaltungsgebäudes, eine durch Brand entstandene historische Baulücke, in der Kernburg geschlossen werden. Mit den Neubauten einher geht die Umgestaltung der Freianlage zu einem multifunktionalen Begegnungsraum mit der Möglichkeit für Open Air Veranstaltungen. Aufgabe ist die Erarbeitung eines genehmigungsfähigen Brandschutzkonzeptes unter Einbezug des Brandschutzkonzeptes der Kernburg für vorgesehene Umgestaltung der Vorburg und die Wahrnehmung baubegleitender Kontrollfunktionen.
