Wir möchten im Los 2 sowohl Neureifen als auch runderneuerte Reifen zulassen, sofern diese die technischen Anforderungen erfüllen. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass alle Anbieter am Verfahren teilnehmen können und wir sowohl wirtschaftliche als auch nachhaltige Lösungen berücksichtigen.
