Die Stadt Königslutter am Elm aus dem Landkreis Helmstedt möchte entsprechend ihres Kindertagesstättenkonzeptes eine neue fünfgruppige Kindertagesstätte in der Ortschaft Bornum errichten. Sie sucht dafür einen Auftragnehmer, der als Dienstleister für die Stadt die Betreuung von bis zu 105 Kindern in einer neu zu errichtenden Kindertagesstätte in gewährleistet. Der Bau der Anlage sowie seine Ausstattung soll durch den Betreiber erfolgen, der die Anlage auch betreiben wird. Für den Betrieb der Kindertagesstätte wird ein Vertrag für die Laufzeit von 20 Jahren geschlossen. Dieser Vertrag beinhaltet die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung.
