    Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die energetische Dachsanierung des Gebäudes I04 der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover (MHH). Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere folgende Arbeiten: - **Baustelleneinrichtung und Sicherung:** Einrichtung, Vorhaltung und Rückbau der Baustelle, Gerüstbauarbeiten sowie erforderliche Schutz- und Sicherungsmaßnahmen. - **Abbruch und Rückbau:** Rückbau der bestehenden Dachabdichtung, schadhafter Dämmstoffe, Dachaufbauten, Oberlichter und RWA-Anlagen einschließlich fachgerechter Entsorgung. - **Dachabdichtungsarbeiten:** Erneuerung der Wärmedämmung und Herstellung einer neuen Dachabdichtung einschließlich Anschlüssen, Durchdringungen und Attiken. - **Technische Dachaufbauten:** Montage neuer Oberlichter und RWA-Anlagen, Erneuerung bzw. Instandsetzung der Dachentwässerung, Montage einer neuen Blitzschutzanlage sowie Anpassung und Wiedereinbau vorhandener technischer Dachaufbauten. - **Sicherungssysteme und Dokumentation:** Herstellung der vorgesehenen Anschlagkonstruktionen sowie Durchführung der erforderlichen Prüfungen und Dokumentationsarbeiten. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise bei laufendem Gebäudebetrieb. Die dauerhafte Dach- und Gebäudedichtheit sowie der Schutz der darunterliegenden Bereiche und vorhandenen technischen Anlagen sind sicherzustellen. Sämtliche Arbeiten müssen unter Einhaltung der geltenden technischen Regelwerke sowie der hygienischen, sicherheits- und betrieblichen Anforderungen der MHH ausgeführt werden.
