    Diese Ausschreibung beinhaltet Bauleistungen für die Errichtung eines Neubaues eines Gründerzentrums "Lab2Fab" in der Lessingstraße in Jena für die Technologie- und Innovationspark TIP Jena GmbH. Es handelt sich um ein Gründerzentrum mit Mieträumen für Existenzgründer. Gebäude: Die Außenmaße des Rohbaus sind 30,4 m x 30,4 m. Die Außenmaße der Tiefgarage sind 30,4 m x 60,0 m. Der Neubau gliedert sich in 7 Etagen, eine Tiefgarage mit 6 Obergeschossen. Die Höhe des Gebäudes oberhalb der Tiefgaragendecke beträgt 27,00 m. Der Innenausbau wird mit Trockenbaukonstruktionen und Oberflächenbeschichtungen nach Nutzungsanforderungen bezugsfertig hergestellt. Die Büroräume und die Flure erhalten Unterdecken. In den Laborräumen und in den Technikräume verbleibt die Betondecke als sichtbare Deckenkonstruktion. Als Fußbodenkonstruktionen sind Zementestriche auf Unterlage aus Wärmedämmung und Trittschalldämmung mit verschiedenen Belägen vorgesehen. In den Treppenhäusern und in den Sanitärräumen werden keramische Beläge verwendet. In den Fluren und Büroräumen werden PVCBeläge verwandt. Die Labore erhalten eine Kunstharzbodenbeschichtung. Die Tiefgarage erhält ein Oberflächenschutzsystem aus Kunstharz. Nebenräume und Technikräume erhalten eine Kunstharzversiegelung.
