Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, die Services des Landessportverbandes Schleswig-Holstein e.V. in größtmöglichem Umfang für die Mitgliedsvereine und die zugehörigen Verbände in einer intuitiv bedienbaren Plattform digital bereitzustellen, um den Verwaltungsaufwand zu reduzieren. Kernbestandteile sind ein CRM- System mit Dokumentenmanagementsystem/ -Ablage, Formularserver und Workflowengine. Aufgabe des künftigen Dienstleisters ist es, eine solche Portallösung funktionsfähig bereitzustellen, den Landessportverband Schleswig-Holstein e.V. auf seinem Weg zur Digitalisierung und Nutzung der Portallösung zu unterstützen, die Migration vorhandener Dokumente und Daten vorzunehmen sowie das Portal zu betreiben. Verbunden sind damit Leistungen der Wartung und Pflege sowie Fortentwicklung nach Maßgabe des Kriterienkataloges und dieser Leistungsbeschreibung.
