Lot LOT-0001: Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Fernwärmepreiskalkulation
Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung und Implementierung einer nachvollziehbaren und Fernwärmepreiskalkulationsmethode, die sowohl kosten- als auch marktorientierte Ansätze berücksichtigt und den Anforderungen an Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrecht entspricht. Gleichzeitig soll ein Kalkulationstool eingeführt werden, das eine eigenständige Überprüfung und Anpassung der Preise ermöglicht. Die Vergabe erfolgt im Wettbewerb mehrerer Anbieter. Kernbestandteil des Angebots ist ein fachliches Konzept, in dem der Bieter seine favorisierte Kalkulationsmethodik darstellt, begründet und anhand der nachfolgend beschriebenen Ziele und Anforderungen einordnet.
