Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil-(Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Die Geschossdecken werden als Flachdecken inklusive Unterzügen als Ortbeton in Stahlbeton gem. statischen Anforderungen ausgebildet mit unterschiedlichen Dicken, gemäß Statik. Die Deckenbekleidung wird unter Berücksichtigung der baulichen Besonderheiten eines Maßregelvollzuges aus Zementbauplatten erstellt. Sie erfolgt auf der geschlossenen Station nur in den Fluren und in den Patientenzimmern nur im Bereich der Nasszellen; die übrigen Sichtbetonflächen der Decken erhalten eine Lasur. In den Fluren kommen aufgrund der Revisionierbarkeit Akustik-Langfeld Kassettendecken zum Einsatz, d.h. robustes Metall-Deckensystem mit glattem Randfries. In den Räumen für Personal sowie u.a. in den Abstell-, Lager-, und Hauswirtschaftsräumen werden Unterdecken aus Gipsplatten vorgesehen. In den Bereichen mit höheren Personenaufkommen wie Aufenthalts- und Gruppenräumen sind Akustik- Plattendecken mit Gipslochplatten geplant.
