Lot LOT-0001: Generalunternehmerleistungen für den Anlagenbau eines Gasturbinen-Heizkraftwerk
Das Energieversorgungsunternehmen STAWAG - Stadt- und Städteregionswerke Aachen AG mit Sitz in Aachen plant das neue Heizkraftwerk "Eisenbahnweg". Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind die Generalunternehmerleistungen für den Anlagenbau des Gasturbinen-Heizkraftwerks am Eisenbahnweg in Aachen. Der Auftraggeber möchte ebenfalls einen Wartungsvertrag für die Dauer der KWK-Förderung für die Anlage des Gasturbinen-Heizkraftwerks abschließen. Die STAWAG betreibt in Aachen ein ausgedehntes Fernwärmenetz. Im Zuge des Netzausbaus und der Transformation auf regenerative Wärmeerzeugung wurde das oben genannte Heizkraftwerk (im folgenden HKW genannt) geplant. Aufstellort ist ein ehemaliges Industriegelände im Aachener Osten. Die Gasturbinen wurden aus Gründen der Lieferzeit zusätzlich zur vorliegenden Ausschreibung schon ausgeschrieben und bei dem Hersteller Kawasaki bestellt. Es werden zwei Gasturbinen vom Typ GBP80D zum Einsatz kommen. Die Gebäudeplanung ist weitestgehend abgeschlossen. Durch Bauangaben im Rahmen der Ausführungsplanung des GU sind kleinere Anpassungen möglich. Fix ist die Gebäudekubatur, samt Achs- und Stützenraster. Das HKW ist ein Gasturbinen-Heizkraftwerk mit Zusatzfeuerung. Die beiden Gasturbinen bilden das zentrale Element zur Strom- und Wärmeerzeugung. Der Nettostrom wird in das öffentliche Stromnetz eingespeist. Das Turbinenabgas geht in einen zweistufigen Abhitzekessel mit Zusatzfeuerung, der Heißwasser mit einer Leistung von bis zu 37 MW für das Fernwärmenetz erzeugt. Das HKW wird vor allem an kälteren Tagen eingesetzt und hat auch eine Reservefunktion. Für das HKW wird ein neues Gebäude durch den Auftraggeber errichtet. Brennstoff für die Gasturbine ist zunächst Erdgas H. Langfristig ist die Umstellung auf Wasserstoff vorgesehen. Die Inbetriebnahme ist und Abnahme der Anlage ist voraussichtlich für den Juni 2029 geplant. Weitere Einzelheiten sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
