From the notice

Aufgrund des politischen Auftrags beabsichtigt der Kreis Euskirchen den Bau einer biologischen Verwertungsanlage am Standort. Die Umgestaltung des Kompostwerks hat zur Folge, dass auch die Außenflächen des Werks erweitert und neugestaltet werden müssen. Es erfolgt daher eine Neugliederung der Oberflächenentwässerung einschließlich einer Rückhaltung und Reinigung der Oberflächenwässer. Im Rahmen der "Vorgezogenen Arbeiten" beabsichtigt der Kreis Euskirchen Teile der notwendigen Infrastrukturmaßnahmen und Lagerflächen und das Teilüberdachte Lager vorab zu errichten.
