Die Verbandsgemeinde Vallendar beabsichtigt durch den Umbau einer bestehenden Gewerbehalle die Errichtung eines neuen Feuerwehrgerätehauses und möchte die dazugehörigen Planungsleistungen extern vergeben. Das Bestandsgebäude wurde ursprünglich als Gewerbehalle genutzt und soll unter weitgehender Nutzung der vorhandenen Bausubstanz funktional, technisch und gestalterisch zu einem zeitgemäßen Feuerwehrstandort umgebaut werden. Ziel ist die bedarfsgerechte Unterbringung der Feuerwehr mit Fahrzeughalle, Waschhalle, Werkstätten, Lagerflächen, Schulungsraum sowie Sozial-, Umkleide- und Sanitärräumen unter Berücksichtigung der einschlägigen Planungs- und Förderrichtlinien für Feuerwehrhäuser.

Lot LOT-0001: Umbau einer Bestandshalle zum Feuerwehrgerätehaus Weitersburg | Objektplanung
Die Verbandsgemeinde Vallendar schreibt vorliegend insofern Architektenleistungen i.S.v. § 73 VgV zum Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses aus. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß § 34 HOAI. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der einzelnen Leistungsphasen vorgesehen. Parallel zum hier vorliegenden Verfahren werden in gesonderten Verfahren Leistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie der Tragwerksplanung ausgeschrieben.
