  1. Lot LOT-0001: Los 10 - Heizungsanlagen

    Das Gebäude ist zweigeschossig mit Teilunterkellerung, Gebäudegrundfläche ca. 65,5 m x 24 m (ca. 3668 m² BGF), Gebäudehöhe ab OKFF ca. 10 m. Die Wärmeversorgung erfolgt über eine Fernwärmekompaktstation mit einer Leistung von ca. 200 kW, die durch die Stadtwerke Grevesmühlen bereitgestellt wird. Ab den Absperrventilen der Übergabestation umfasst der Leistungsumfang die Hauszentrale und die gebäudeinternen Heizungsanlagen. Auszuführen sind die Heizungsverteilleitungen und Heizflächen für die statischen Heizkreise, Fußbodenheizung und Sportbodenheizung. Die MSR-Technik wird separat ausgeschrieben; Pumpen, Stellmotoren und Ventile werden bauseits gestellt und durch eine Fremdfirma montiert. Zusätzlich sind zwei getrennte zentrale Warmwasserbereitungen vorgesehen: eine für den Schulbereich und eine für die Mensaküche. Die Mensa ist versorgungstechnisch separat zu betrachten; eine getrennte Verbrauchserfassung muss gewährleistet werden. Die erforderlichen elektrischen Anschlüsse und Meldeschnittstellen sind gewerkeübergreifend mit Elektro- und Lüftungstechnik abzustimmen.
