    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe ist die Beauftragung von Projektsteuerungsleistungen für fünf Maßnahmenpakete an den Liegenschaften der Finanzämter Kleve, Krefeld und Mülheim, der Liegenschaft des Geologischen Dienstes sowie der Liegenschaft von IT.NRW. Jedes Maßnahmenpaket besteht aus mehreren Einzelmaßnahmen, die in den jeweiligen Projektbeschreibungen näher beschrieben werden. Bei den fünf Maßnahmenpaketen handelt es sich jeweils um umfangreiche Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Bestand. Ziel ist es, die betroffenen Liegenschaften baulich, funktional, technisch und nachhaltig in einen zukunftsfähigen Standard zu überführen. Die Maßnahmen sind fachlich und inhaltlich als weitestgehend voneinander unabhängige Einzelprojekte zu verstehen. Zur Nutzung von eventuellen Synergieeffekten und zur Beschleunigung der Umsetzung werden die Projektsteuerungsleistungen im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Vergabe zusammengeführt. Die Bündelung dient insbesondere dazu, übergreifende Steuerungsansätze zu vereinheitlichen, Schnittstellen strukturiert zu beherrschen sowie Erkenntnisse aus den Einzelmaßnahmen frühzeitig und systematisch gegenseitig nutzbar zu machen. Ungeachtet der gemeinsamen Vergabe ist jede Maßnahme als eigenständiges Projekt zu betrachten und entsprechend differenziert zu bearbeiten. Genaueres ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
