Die Bädergesellschaft Böhmetal GmbH plant die technische und bauliche Sanierung des Freibades Waldbad Bomlitz. Im Rahmen der vollumfänglichen Grundsanierung des Freibades „Waldbad Bomlitz“ (Hans- Böckler-Straße 36, 29699 Bomlitz) erfolgt der Neubau des zentralen Funktionsgebäudes. Das vorliegende Gewerk umfasst die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage der kompletten Tischler- und Innenausbauarbeiten für die neu strukturierten Umkleide-, Sanitär-, Kassen- und Personalbereiche. Schwerpunkt der Leistung ist der Einsatz von hoch feuchtigkeits- und wasserbeständigen Bauteilen (HPL-Vollkernmaterial, Aluminiumkonstruktionen) für den stark frequentierten Nass- und überdachten Außenbereich. Die Leistung beinhaltet sämtliche Innentüren, Trennwand- und Umkleidesysteme, Garderobenschränke sowie maßgefertigte, funktionsspezifische Einbaumöbel (Kasse/Badeaufsicht). Hauptmassen aus den Ausschreibungsunterlagen: - Titel 01 – Innentüren • 28 St. Nassraumtüren (HPL-Decklage, Alu-Umfassungszargen, Edelstahldrücker) in diversen Abmessungen, Einbau in Mauerwerk - Titel 02 – Garderoben, Umkleiden & Trennwände (HPL/VK13) • 28 St. Garderoben-Vollschränke (Innen- und Außenbereich) • 60 St. Garderoben-Halbschränke (Innen- und Außenbereich) • 15 St. Umkleidekabinen (Wechselkabinen, davon 1x barrierefrei) • 9 St. WC-Trennwände/Kabinen • 9 St. Schamwände (für WC- und Duschbereiche) • 1 St. Wertfachanlage (20 Fächer) sowie Zusatzausstattungen (Helmregal, Frisiermöbel, Wickeltisch) - Titel 03 – Möbel (HPL-Ausbau) • 2 St. großformatige, raumhohe Schrankmodule (Kassenbereich Breite 4,05 m / Badeaufsicht Breite 1,71 m) • 2 St. maßgefertigte Tischmodule über Eck mit Technik-Integration (Kassenbereich Länge 5,05 m / Badeaufsicht Länge 6,30 m) • 2 St. freistehende Sitzbankmodule (Länge 2,60 m)
