Auftragsgegenstand sind die Totalübernehmerleistungen (Planung und Bau) für den zügigen schlüsselfertigen Neubau von Herstellbereichen für die Apo-theke des Klinikum Bayreuth. Geplant ist die Vergabe sämtlicher weiterer Planungs- und Bauleistungen an ein qualifiziertes Unternehmen als Total-übernehmer. Eine Baugenehmigung liegt vor.
