Lot LOT-0000: Brandschutztechnische Sanierung des NTK in Landau / Planungsleistungen der LPh 5-8
Beschreibung: Nach einer Gefahrenverhütungsschau im NTK (Naturwissenschaftliches Technikum Dr. Künkele) in Landau wurde ein Brandschutzkonzept erstellt. Dieses zeigt, dass für bauliche Maßnahmen dringender Handlungsbedarf besteht. Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude, das als ehem. Bürgerspital in der 1. Hälfte 19.Jh erbaut wurde, besteht aus drei Flügeln, die einen Innenhof bilden. Ein weiterer Pavillon (Baujahr 1973/74) ist nicht Planungsbestandteil. Die Arbeiten sollen in fünf Abschnitte aufgeteilt werden: Kellerräume, nördliches Hauptgebäude, südliches Hauptgebäude, Zwischengebäude und Rückgebäude. Die Architektenleistungen Lph. 1 bis 4 wurden bereits erbracht. Ein entsprechender Erläuterungsbericht liegt den Teilnahmeunterlagen bei. Objektplanung Gebäude: Im Brandschutzkonzept wurden 17 Nutzungseinheiten definiert, für die nun die Lph. 5 bis 8 umgesetzt werden sollen. Es gibt vier notwendige Treppenräume und zwei notwendige Flure. Die Flucht in benachbarte Nutzungseinheiten wird durch definierte Bypässe sichergestellt. Die Planungsleistungen umfassen die Grundleistungen in den Leistungsbildern Objektplanung Gebäude und Fachplanung technische Ausrüstung (ALG 4, 5). In dieser Ausschreibung geht es ausschließlich um die Objektplanung Gebäude / Fachplanung technische Ausrüstung. Baukosten KG 300+400: ca. 1,311 Mio € netto. Planungszeitraum ab Auftragserteilung, vsl. Inbetriebnahme: Frühjahr 2028.
