    Der Auftraggeber geht von einer geschätzten Abnahmemenge in Höhe von 8.000 Geräten über die Vertragslaufzeit aus. Über die Vertragslaufzeit ergibt sich für sämtliche Leistungen aus dem gegenständlichen Rahmenvertrag eine Summe an geschätzten kalkulatorischen Kosten mit einer Obergrenze von 35.000.000,00 Euro. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein fiktives Kostenszenario, welches als Orientierung zur Ermittlung der Preise herangezogen werden kann.
