Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach §§ 12 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 lit. b) sublit. aa), 14 Abs. 3 S. 1 VSVgV mit dem Unternehmen Muse Electronics zu schließen. Ziel dieses Rahmenvertrages ist es, Truppenteile der Bundeswehr, mit einem akuten Bedarf an taktischen Tabletcomputern (planning Clients) unmittelbar und schnellstmöglich mit den benötigten Leistungen auszustatten, damit diese unmittelbar in Einsätzen und einsatzgleichen Verpflichtungen genutzt werden können. Der Rahmenvertrag soll keine Losaufteilung beinhalten und mit einem geschätzten Auftragswert von insgesamt EUR 22.006.920 und einer Obergrenze von EUR 33.010.380 vergeben werden. Inhalt des Rahmenvertrags ist die Beschaffung von taktischen Tabletcomputern nebst Zubehör,von Wartung und Support sowie die Beschaffung von weiteren Dienstleistungen und Schulungen im Sachzusammenhang mit den übrigen Leistungen des Rahmenvertrages. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine initiale Laufzeit von 36 Monaten, die einmalig um 12 Monate verlängert werden kann.
