Der Zweckverband Gymnasium Türkheim schreibt die Erweiterung des Joseph-Bernhart-Gymnasiums Türkheim um ein zweigeschossiges, nicht unterkellertes Schulgebäude mit Sporthalle in überwiegender Holzbauweise bei laufendem Schulbetrieb als Funktionalausschreibung (Planen+Bauen) nach § 7c EU VOB/A aus. Die Planungsleistungen sind bis zur Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung bereits erbracht. Gegenstand der Totalunternehmervergabe sind Planungsleistungen ab der Ausführungsplanung und die Bauleistungen. Das mit der Regierung von Schwaben abgestimmte Raumprogramm umfasst 18 Klassenräume, Aufenthaltsbereich, Bibliothek, Räume für Differenzierung und Beratung sowie eine Zweifachsporthalle (2 x 408 m²) mit Nebenräumen. Flächen nach DIN 277: BGF ca. 4.029 m², BRI ca. 20.424 m³, NRF ca. 3.583 m², davon NUF 1 bis 6 ca. 2.653 m². Geplanter Baubeginn im Juni 2027, Fertigstellung im September 2029.
