Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die amtlichen Geobasisdaten des Freistaates Bayern in Form einer kosten- und werbefreien Karten-Applikation für iOS und Android bereitzustellen („BayernAtlas Freizeit-App“). Die Umsetzung soll als native App für iOS (Swift) und für Android (Kotlin) entwickelt werden. Die App ist für die Plattformen iOS und Android mit einem vergleichbaren Funktionsumfang sowie einem gleichwertigen Niveau hinsichtlich Performance, Bedienbarkeit und Nutzerfreundlichkeit bereitzustellen. Plattformspezifische Abweichungen sind nur zulässig, soweit sie technisch bedingt oder zur Einhaltung der jeweiligen Plattformstandards erforderlich sind und die vertragsgemäße Nutzung der App nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigen. Hinsichtlich des Verfahrensablaufs sowie der im Rahmen des Teilnahmewettbewerbs einzureichenden Unterlagen wird auf das Dokument „Ergänzende Teilnahme- und Bewerbungsbedingungen“ verwiesen.
