Die Stadt Blomberg beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines Grundschulcampus in historischer Altstadt, um den zukünftigen Flächen- und Platzbedarf für Schülerinnen und Schüler zu decken. Die Realisierung der Bauprojekte erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Der erste Bauabschnitt, der Neubau eines Erweiterungsbaus, befindet sich derzeit in der Umsetzung – es wird mit einer Fertigstellung Ende 2026 gerechnet. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist der zweite Bauabschnitt, der den Umbau und die Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes der Grundschule am Weinberg, Schulstraße 11, sowie die Anbindung der technischen Anlagen an zwei weitere Bestandsgebäude Schulstraße 9 (OGS-Gebäude) und Schulstraße 15 (Verwaltungsgebäude) umfasst. In einem dritten Bauabschnitt soll später eine Mensa mit Versammlungsstätte umgesetzt werden. Für weitere Informationen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
