    Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Erweiterung einer bestehenden Fernkältezentrale am Standort HKW Süd um das Fernkältenetz zu versorgen. Gegenstand dieser Beschaffung sind die Ausführung des kompletten Rohrleitungsbaus sowie der gesamte Maschinentechnik mit Ausnahme der vom AG beigestellten Komponenten für den 2. Bauabschnitt der Fernkältezentrale. Für den Rohrleitungsbau werden ca. 900 m Rohrleitungen (DN150 - DN600) und ca. 2400 m Rohrleitungen (DN25 - DN100) inkl. Armaturen und Sensoren benötigt. Für die Maschinentechnik handelt es sich hauptsächlich um 12 Pumpen und eine Teilstromentgasung. Ergänzend zur Ausführung soll der AN im Vorfeld die Planungsleistungen mit der Ausführungsplanung (Detail Engineering) inkl. Rohrstatik und der Baustellenplanung abschließen. Die Leistungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen: Durchführen der Planungsleistungen (Ausführungsplanung inkl. Rohrstatik, Baustellenplanung) Lieferung und Montage aller Pumpen, Absperr- und Regelarmaturen z.T. inkl. Antrieben, Feldgeräte und einer Teilstromentgasung. Lieferung und Montage von anspruchsvollem Rohrleitungsbau inkl. aller Rohrleitungen, Rohrleitungshalterungen und Isolierung. Montageüberwachung inkl. Qualitätssicherung der Leistungen. Zusammenstellen der Dokumentation entsprechend den Anforderungen des AG. Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahmeplanung und -durchführung der Gesamtanlage. Für die Angebotserstellung ist aus Sicht des AG ein vor-Ort Termin sinnvoll. Dieser kann während der Angebotserstellung durchgeführt werden und muss vom Bieter angefragt werden.
