Lot LOT-0001: Pflege Außenanlage München
Als Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.01.2027 vorgesehen. Der angestrebte Werkvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von zwei Jahren mit der zweimaligen Option zur Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr abgeschlossen (Gesamtvertragslaufzeit zwei bis vier Jahre). Die Leistungserbringung beginnt am 01.01.2027 und endet zum 31.12.2028. Bei Ausübung der Verlängerungsoption ist der Auftragnehmer bis spätestens sechs Monate vor Beendigung der Vertragslaufzeit schriftlich in Kenntnis zu setzen. In dem Fall, dass die Auftraggeberin von der Verlängerungsoption Gebrauch macht, endet der Vertrag zum 31.12.2029, bzw. zum 31.12.2030, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Das geschätzte Auftragsvolumen beläuft sich auf ca. 15.000 EUR netto pro Vertragsjahr, hinzu kommt lediglich im ersten Vertragsjahr die Leistung für das einmalige Erstellen eines Baumkatasters von ca. 2.000 EUR. Bei den möglichen 4 Vertragsjahren besteht also ein Gesamtvolumen von ca. 62.000 EUR netto (inkl. Erstellen eines Baumkatasters). Unabhängig vom tatsächlichen Auftragswert, wird eine Summe von 69.000 EUR/netto (Höchstwert) während des Vertrages nicht überschritten. Bei Erreichen des genannten Höchstwertes endet dieser automatisch bereits vor dem vereinbarten Ablauftermin.
