Hierzu gehören die Erneuerung der Heizungs-Hauptverteilung einschließlich MSR-Technik, der Heizungsrohrleitungen und Heizkörper im Hauptgebäude, der Anschluss der Bestandsbereiche (Filmraum, Dienstwohnung und Sporthalle) sowie die Dämmung aller neuen Heizungsleitungen gemäß GEG.
