Lot LOT-0000: Wiederaufbau Neutorturm in Arnstadt - Objektplanung
Der Arnstädter Neutorturm wurde bei einem Brand am 14. April 2024 schwer beschädigt. Die Turmhaube wurde dabei vollständig zerstört. Ziel der Planung ist der Wiederaufbau des Turmes sowie die Umsetzung eines Konzepts, das den Neutorturm künftig touristisch erlebbar macht. Im Rahmen der Gesamtplanung sind sämtliche baulichen, innenarchitektonischen (Ausstattung und Lichtplanung), statischen sowie gebäudetechnischen Aspekte (EMA, BMA) zu berücksichtigen. Ebenso sind die Anforderungen des Brand- und Denkmalschutzes sowie die Belange des Nutzers innerhalb der Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß HOAI einzubeziehen. Die Lesitungsbilder werden getrennt voneinander ausgeschrieben und vergeben. Das innenarchitektonische Konzept einschließlich der Lichtplanung soll die touristische Nutzung gestalterisch unterstützen und die Konzeptidee erlebbar machen. Vorgesehen ist die Schaffung von Ausstellungsflächen auf den einzelnen Geschossen sowie eines zweisprachigen, multimedialen Erlebnisrundgangs für Besucherinnen und Besucher.
