  1. Lot LOT-0000: Neubau Kita und Schulungszentrum Langwiesenweg - Objektplanung Gebäude

    Die Stadt Bad Homburg v.d.H. beabsichtigt im Ortsteil Ober-Eschbach den Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte mit integrierter Schulbetreuung. Die Kindertagesstätte soll zukünftig vier Kindergartengruppen beherbergen. Pro Gruppenraum ist je ein Differenzierungsraum einzuplanen. Des Weiteren sind Mehrzweckraum, Cafeteria, Sanitärräume, Büro- und Personalräume, Garderoben und Lagerräume sowie ein Küchentrakt mit entsprechenden Lager- und Nebenräumen vorzusehen. Im Bereich der Schulbetreuung sollen drei Gruppenräume und drei Intensivräume realisiert werden. Für diesen Bereich der Einrichtung sind außerdem Multifunktionsraum, Sanitärbereiche, Büro- und Personalräume sowie Teeküche, Garderoben und Lagerräume vorzusehen. Das Gebäude soll barrierefrei erschlossen sein. Es ist vorgesehen, die Planungsleistungen stufenweise zu vergeben. Zunächst sollen die LPh 1-4 beauftragt werden. Die Leistungsphasen 5 - 9 werden jeweils als Einzelstufen, ggf. unter Zusammenfassung der Leistungsphasen 8 und 9 vergeben.
