Die BSR verfügt in Zossen, Landkreis Teltow-Fläming über eine Planfeststellung zum Bau einer Deponie der Klasse II. Sollte die BSR nur eigene Abfälle auf der Westerweiterung ablagern, kann keine betriebswirtschaftlich tragfähige Auslastung erwartet werden. Die BSR beabsichtigt darüber hinaus, den Verwertungsanteil der eigenen Abfälle über die Zeit sukzessive zu erhöhen. Es kann damit von rückläufigen BSR-Mengen zur Beseitigung auf der Westerweiterung ausgegangen werden. Da die Akquise von weiteren Abfällen zur Sicherstellung der Auslastung außerhalb des Aufgabenspektrums der BSR liegt, hat sich die BSR für die Anbahnung einer Kontingentpartnerschaft entschlossen. Die BSR lädt qualifizierte Unternehmen ein, eine Interessensbekundung für den Abschluss einer Kontingentpartnerschaft abzugeben.
