Trockenbauarbeiten nach ATV DIN 18299, 18340 VOB Teil C Umfang der Leistung (ca.): 560,00 m2 Abgehängte Unterdecke 390,00 m Randfries, 10-40 cm 220,00 m2 F30 GK-Montagewand 260,00 m2 GK-Montagewand Aufgrund der veränderten Aufgabenlage der Stadt Wilhelmshaven durch die Erkenntnisse u. a. aus der Corona-Pandemie, der Katastrophen im Ahrtal und NRW 2021, dem Angriffskrieg auf die Ukraine seit Februar 2022 und des klimawandelbedingten weiteren Ausbaus der Energiedrehscheibe Wilhelmshaven sowie der Implementierung neuer Gefahrenpotentiale und damit der Sicherung der Energieversorgung Deutschlands sind seit 2022 die Aufgaben zum Schutz der Bevölkerung grundlegend verändert und massiv ausgeweitet. Daher ist geplant, am Standort der Feuer- und Rettungswache 2 ein „Multifunktionsgebäude“ und Technikgebäude für Netzersatzanlage und Geräte zu errichten. Zu diesem Zweck sollen das Gewerk Trockenbauarbeiten ausgeschrieben werden.
