Lot LOT-0001: Externes Quartiersmanagement im Brandenburgischen Viertel in 16227 Eberswalde
Um den vielschichtigen Umständen im Viertel (soziale Lage, bauliche Infrastruktur etc.) zu begegnen und den Stadtteil aktiv als wichtiges Wohn- und Lebensquartier weiter zu stärken, ist das Programm "Sozialer Zusammenhalt - Zusammenleben im Quartier gemeinsam gestalten" (früher "Soziale Stadt") als auch ein kommunales Quartiersmanagement (QM) seit vielen Jahren im Brandenburgischen Viertel verortet. Durch den Einsatz von Fördermitteln und dem Engagement der Akteurinnen und Akteure sowie Trägerinnen und Träger vor Ort als auch der Wohnungsunternehmen, konnten bereits viele Projekte realisiert werden und ein positiver Beitrag zur soziokulturellen Entwicklung des Stadtteils geleistet werden. Das kommunale Quartiersmanagement stellt dabei ein sehr wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Verwaltung und Bevölkerung dar und soll, wie auch in den vergangenen Jahren durch ein externes QM erweitert und unterstützt werden und mit der Arbeit vor Ort beauftragt werden. Die Stadt sucht bewusst eine dauerhaft im Quartier präsente Ansprechperson, die operative Aufgaben vor Ort übernimmt und dadurch das städtische Quartiersmanagement unterstützt. Ziel ist eine kontinuierliche Ansprechbarkeit im Quartier sowie die Begleitung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen direkt vor Ort. Leistungsbeginn ist unmittelbar nach Auftragserteilung. Der Vertrag endet am 31.12.2030 automatisch, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Während der Vertragslaufzeit kann der Vertrag mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten zum Jahresende ordentlich gekündigt werden.
