Lot LOT-0001: Parkraumbewirtschaftung
Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Bewirtschaftung von insgesamt 1.515 Stellplätzen auf den Parkflächen P1 (251 Stellplätze), P2 (132 Stellplätze), P3 (166 Stellplätze) sowie im Parkhaus Nord (966 Stellplätze) der Klinikum Osnabrück GmbH. Die Leistungen umfassen die Betreuung, Wartung, Instandhaltung und Entstörung der vorhandenen Parkierungstechnik sowie die Notrufbereitschaft, Notfalleinsätze und Geldverarbeitung nach Maßgabe der Leistungsbeschreibung. Reparaturen infolge von Vandalismus oder Havarie werden gesondert beauftragt und nach den vereinbarten Preisen abgerechnet. Verbrauchsmaterialien, Ersatzteile und Leistungen Dritter werden nach den Abrechnungs-, Nachweis- und Freigaberegelungen der Leistungsbeschreibung behandelt. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 32 Monate, vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.08.2029.
